You’ll be teamed up with a seasoned, full‑time ALKU sales mentor who will work as a point of reference, guidance, and support throughout your career  will get acquainted with every side of the sales cycle, solve problems on the fly, and learn the industry inside and out— all while growing both personally and professionally.

Internship Program & Training
  • Specialized Intern Training Program, Circuit includes hands‑on experience, skill development, and real‑time feedback from day one.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Pay: $16-$18 per hour + performance‑based bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales initiatives and contribute to account growth.
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and source qualified candidates.
  • Support senior sales mentors with day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Analyze and solve sales problems as they arise.
  • Participate in all stages of the sales cycle.
Qualifications
  • Character traits over major—fast learner, reward driven, money motivated.
  • Leadership potential among peers.
  • Charisma and enthusiasm in client communications.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
