NS2 AI and Cloud Platform Solution Manager

Role Description

The NS2 AI and Cloud Platform Solution Manager will work with our sales, delivery and engineering teams to articulate the solution, design and value of AI and Cloud portfolio supporting the Defense Industrial Base, Federal Civilian, Department of War and other highly regulated customers. This position will focus on platform capabilities, agentic and generative AI services needed to support the different applications.

The role will provide critical messaging, technical sessions and value to customers and internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, the manager will review customer challenges and scenarios to develop a deep understanding of market, industry, and competitive trends. With this knowledge, they will illustrate and represent to customers and partners the future the product is trying to create, and why that future will improve customers’ lives. The manager will work with other teams to ensure products are optimized for maximum growth and uniquely differentiated from the competition.

They will create content and present to different stakeholders and customers, including strategic messaging and product value propositions. External content such as product or sales presentations may also be developed. The overall goal is to promote adoption and delivery of AI and platform solutions along with the prerequisite sub‑services.

The candidate will participate in design and deployment discussions and customer sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team (VAT team) in support of the sales account strategy, interacting with SAP sales teams, prospective and existing customers through meetings, solution presentations, and follow‑up discussions. This fast‑paced environment requires a detail‑oriented, results‑oriented individual with a positive attitude who embraces high‑profile projects.

Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data. All interns must have Manager’s approval to transfer.

Hybrid position. Candidates who live within a commutable distance to our Herndon, VA office are preferred.

• Compose and deliver cloud and AI messaging for solutions within our portfolio.
• Deliver key messaging and value propositions to internal sales teams, presales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support technical discussions with our customers.
• Articulate the core message, differentiate our offerings, and leave a strong and positive impression on audiences.
• Leverage additional teams (partners, marketing, contracts, and product management) to support advisor success.
• Explain technical ideas in clear and compelling language.
• Manage the solution, including deliverables and definitive advice on solution adoption.
• Ensure business‑critical and innovative results.
• Build strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer and partner organizations.

• 3+ years in Platform/AI Solutions – such as data management, integration, and application development.
• 8+ years with SAP cloud solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to take responsibility and to learn with a "Get‑it‑done" attitude, detail‑oriented and highly organized to multitask.
• Goal‑focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross‑functional, ever‑changing environment.

• Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement.

Target annual combined range for this position: 176,300–374,200 USD. The actual amount will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location and other factors determined through the selection process.
