National Account Manager, Federal Government, Spectrum Business

Responsibilities

• Complete the company’s 10‑week paid sales training program.
• Develop and implement sales plans for assigned portfolios, including clear strategies.
• Consult with existing and prospective Federal government clients to develop product solutions.
• Engage clients through comprehensive account management, face‑to‑face needs analysis, and product proposals and presentations.
• Identify markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio by implementing a strategic sales plan.
• Self‑generate leads via industry networking, prospecting, and working a defined named‑account list.
• Travel to client locations and company facilities as required; maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment‑based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
• At least ten (10) years of experience selling to Federal government agencies, directly or through partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high‑capacity networks, and fiber‑connected networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills; excellent English communication.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.

• Annual base pay ranging from $99,900.00 to $, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Commission earnings target starting at $70,000.
