Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Capture Manager to lead pre‑RFP capture strategy for priority commercial enterprise accounts, engaging customers 12 to 36 months before formal solicitation. The role involves building C‑suite relationships, creating win strategies, and leading cross‑functional teams from opportunity identification through contract implementation. Success is measured by winning targeted contracts and effectively addressing customer requirements through strategic planning and execution.
This is a hybrid role (minimum 3 days per week in the office) with no remote option. Office locations include Bellevue, WA;
Overland Park, KS;
Frisco, TX;
Herndon, VA; and Washington, DC.
- Develop strategic capture plans to identify and prioritize must‑win commercial enterprise accounts and engage key stakeholders well in advance of RFP
- Lead cross‑functional teams to prepare and present competitive proposals that align with government requirements
- Build and maintain C‑suite and procurement relationships with enterprise commercial customers, aligning differentiated value propositions to each customer’s specific challenges
- Analyze and accelerate solution gaps to leadership to improve contract win potential
- Recommend pricing, technology, and partner strategies to optimize contract success
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by aligning additional solutions with federal customer needs
- Perform other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial enterprise capture management or complex B2B deal leadership with measurable win‑rate accountability on competitive pursuits and documented pre‑RFP customer engagement (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $120,500 – $217,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
