Anytime Fitness Chantilly is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Assistant Manager to help grow our membership while delivering an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Conduct club tours and enroll new members.
• Build relationships and help people find the membership that best fits their goals.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
• Assist with membership sales and retention.
• Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the club.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Support the management team in creating an amazing member experience.

• Loves talking with people and building relationships.
• Enjoys sales and is motivated by helping people say "yes" to a healthier lifestyle.
• Is energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Has customer service or sales experience (fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required).
