Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $18.39 / Hour
Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with building staff as needed.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper reporting channels.
- Answer phones, assist with directional support, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of security-related procedures.
- Complete required documentation, incident reports, and/or daily activity logs related to front desk operations and building access activity.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
