Position Overview

Information Technologist III/VTC Facilitator at Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI).

• Provide daily operation of video teleconference systems and related facility operations.
• Deliver desk‑side user instruction on VTC equipment.
• Train users on VTC operation and use scheduling software to coordinate conferences.
• Perform pre‑conference testing and setup.
• Operate crypto keying functions for secure video teleconferences.
• Assist customers with SIPRNET kiosk access and provide technical assistance, including backup support to the Cyber Security Division when requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• Minimum of three years of related experience supporting Microsoft Office products.
• Security+ certification required.
