As a part-time security officer, you will safeguard clients across a range of industries, such as commercial real estate. You'll monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain visibility to reduce incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and support authorized entry procedures while communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management.
• Assist with security-related incident reporting, follow post orders, and support daily operations that help maintain an orderly environment at the location.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
