- Execute internal security controls through compliance assessment reviews and self‑inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations.
- Identify deficiencies, develop and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct administrative inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established procedures to determine level and scope of non‑compliance.
- Protect government, intellectual, third‑party and company information from unauthorized disclosures.
- Develop and administer security education to ensure compliance with regulations on large and highly complex programs.
- Prepare activity or program CONOPs outlining unique security protection requirements.
- Contribute to enterprise Integrated Product Teams, including export compliance and procedures.
- Coordinate across security, engineering, managerial and technical teams, as well as senior Boeing personnel and U.S. Government customers to support contract execution.
- Provide innovation and creativity in personnel security to reduce cycle time and assist in obtaining individual security clearance/accesses.
- Provide innovation and creativity in security awareness training and education program.
- Complete tasks toward long‑range goals and objectives.
- Assist less experienced employees with administration and execution of security protocols.
- Oversee sub‑contractor management to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Successfully completed a Tier5 Investigation (T5) or enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last5years.
- 10+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security‑related field.
- 5+ years as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO).
- 5+ years working in one or a combination of NISP, SAP and/or SCI domains.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to SCIs and/or SAPs.
- Willingness to submit to a U.S. government polygraph examination.
- Bachelor's degree or higher or military experience.

5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directives. - Ability to prioritize and multi‑task with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional second‑shift or after‑hours schedules.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Pay Range: $141,600 – $194,700.
