Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Processing

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, verify identifying and/or access authorization, and issue visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures.;
Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.;
Answer and direct incoming calls, provide building information, and maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities.
