Key Responsibilities:

* Establish priorities, distribute workload, monitor performance, and ensure security requirements are executed accurately, consistently, and within required timelines.
* Operate effectively within a rapid-response and quick-reaction environment, addressing emerging security requirements, incidents, customer requests, program changes, and mission-critical actions with appropriate urgency.
* Review, develop, issue, administer, and maintain DD 254s for prime contracts and subcontracts, including interpretation and flow-down of applicable security requirements.
* Support Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) compliance activities.
* Support Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) responsibilities associated with Special Access Programs and other sensitive or compartmented efforts.
* Coordinate and support personnel security activities, including clearance processing, eligibility and access verification, indoctrinations, debriefings, reporting requirements, visit certifications, and other personnel security actions.
* Support physical security requirements, including classified work areas, access controls, inspections, safeguarding requirements, and implementation of appropriate physical security measures.
* Manage and oversee safeguarding activities for classified material, including accountability, storage, handling, transmission, reproduction, destruction, and associated security procedures.
* Support the organization's Insider Threat Program in collaboration with the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), including identification, assessment, escalation, documentation, and mitigation of potential insider threat indicators.
* Assist with security incident management, preliminary inquiries, reporting requirements, corrective actions, and coordination with appropriate internal and government stakeholders.
* Maintain and administer security information using DISS, NISS, ACCS, and other applicable government security databases, portals, and information systems.
* Support classified contract onboarding, security requirements analysis, contract transitions, facility changes, and program start-up or closeout activities.
* Coordinate with program managers, business line and functional support leaders, and executive leadership to ensure security requirements are integrated into business and program operations.
* Build and maintain productive relationships with government customers and external partners and stakeholders
* Support security assessments, self-inspections, audits, corrective action plans, policies, procedures, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Identify security risks, operational gaps, and emerging requirements and develop practical solutions that protect classified information while supporting successful mission execution.
* Support security education, awareness, briefings, and training as required.
* Travel to company, customer, program, or government locations as necessary, up to approximately 10%.
* Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
* Demonstrated experience serving in a security leadership, FSO, or senior security management position.
* Active TS/SCI clearance
