- Overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, providing technical direction, and mentoring team members.
- This role involves designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure architectures while ensuring compliance with program standards and objectives.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, performing code reviews, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring that development timelines are met.
- The Lead Developer fosters collaboration across development teams while promoting the adoption of best practices to enhance system performance and maintainability.
- This role drives innovation and ensures the successful delivery of software solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA;
Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA;
Minimum of 3 years with PhD, 12 years with HS diploma - Must be a US Citizen
- Must have active public trust clearance
- CompTIA Security+ certification may be required. If not certified, ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire date may be required.
- Experience with code reviews
- Experience with designing architectures
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
