SAP Portal Programmer

Understand and analyze J2EE and JAVA‑centric development requests based on the business requirements. Assist in documenting and enhancing technical design specifications for web‑based user interface development using J2EE technologies. Develop JAVA applications using frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and JSF (Java Server Faces). Build J2EE applications with Java Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JSR‑168 portlets, web services, XML, and EJB. Execute activities following implementation methodologies including Waterfall, SCRUM, and AGILE as defined by the technical lead.

Document flow logic and screen flow using UML notation. Use IDEs such as Eclipse, Rational Application Developer, WSAD, and NWDS. Develop new interfaces as needed and integrate them with enterprise systems using composite applications. Manage the JAVA application development lifecycle using CVS. Test applications with JUnit and build them with ANT.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., 40 hours per week.
