Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to build a set of Insider Threat risk avoidance solutions for our intelligence community customer. This is an opportunity to drive long‑lasting impact in the areas of security and efficiency through the implementation of cleverly conceived solutions. You will write code using the latest advancements in web technology from the front to the back‑end on a platform of AWS services.

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is strictly required
• 6+ years of experience writing code with languages such as Java, C++ or C#
• 3+ years demonstrated experience developing with Java‑based MVC frameworks such as the Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• 3+ years demonstrated experience developing software with Hibernate ORM on relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle, and ability to write SQL queries
• 3+ years experience interfacing with SOAP and RESTful web services and APIs
• Experience with Java‑based unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Spock, and Easy Mock
• Experience managing Linux operating systems and developing shell scripts

• Experience writing front‑end unit tests with Jasmine
• Experience building and managing infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of PKI certificates
