You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
• 7+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
• 5+ years of experience with full‑stack Python development
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript development
• Experience configuring and maintaining customized Linux operating systems
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, product management, and software products
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
• Experience using back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions within a collaborative, cross‑functional team
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience researching and implementing COTS cyber solutions software such as antivirus, content disarm, cross domain solutions, or data loss prevention
• Experience working with containers such as Docker or Podman
• Experience with Angular or similar front‑end web frameworks
• Experience developing Linux tools in support of automated workflows
• Experience with cyber‑centric teams and subject matter
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests
• Experience acquiring client requirements
• Master’s degree
• Cyber Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or GSEC Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
