Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Software Developer to provide Service Now development support.

• Demonstrates experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrates experience developing Service Now, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop Service Now experience.
• Demonstrates experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules.
• Demonstrates experience in business process analysis including evaluating client needs, internal processes, documenting business process models, and translating these models into functional technical requirements.
• Demonstrates experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
• Demonstrates experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
• Demonstrates experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
• Demonstrates experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management.
• Demonstrates experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite Service Now training for the certification.
• Demonstrated experience with Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Demonstrated experience with Service Now application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), developing dashboards on Service Now, and using Service Now Performance Analytics.
• Demonstrated experience using Service Now project management applications.
• Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor’s IT service providers.
• Demonstrated experience advising Sponsor personnel on processes, practices, and policies that directly impact the organization.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud architecture, including expertise beyond the Sponsor’s legacy cloud environments.
