We are seeking an innovative and experienced Software Developer with strong JavaScript and hands-on Service Now experience. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions that optimize business processes and enhance user experience across the enterprise.

• Provide programming and development support ensuring business needs are developed and deployed in the customer's enterprise Service Now platform.
• Design and customize Service Now in alignment with platform governance to optimize efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with other platform development teams as needed.
• Provide automated testing of new capabilities with regression against existing capabilities.

• Web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Developing Service Now or advanced software development experience, or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop Service Now experience.
• Creating catalog items, using Flow Designer, and understanding of business rules.
• Business process analysis, including evaluating customer needs and translating models into functional technical requirements.
• Systems evaluation and performance improvement actions relative to system goals.
• Process improvement, analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
• Program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
• IT and systems lifecycle management, including change and release management.
• Knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions and technical artifacts related to development under this request.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite Service Now training for the certification.
• Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Service Now application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), developing Dashboards on Service Now, and using Service Now Performance Analytics.
• Using Service Now project management applications.
• Cloud architecture.
