Applied Full Stack Software Development Engineer

Vantor builds spatial intelligence solutions that help decision makers navigate real‑time information and shape future operations. This role focuses on full‑stack software engineering for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data, guiding end‑to‑end analytics from data ingestion to actionable insights.

Eligibility:
You must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active TS/SCI clearance. The position also requires a willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status. • Design and implement scalable, flexible solutions for mission‑critical applications.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Apply software standards and processes to produce high‑quality, extensible, and maintainable software.
• Use cloud technologies to perform data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and visualization of large geospatial‑temporal datasets.
• Develop analytics and derivative data products that help users extract meaningful knowledge.
• Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem‑solving issues.
• Collaborate with diverse engineering, client, and user teams.

• U.S. citizenship and a current TS/SCI clearance (with willingness to get a CI Polygraph).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in software development, including design, development, and implementation.
• Proficiency in one multiparadigm programming language (Python, Java, Go, Rust, etc.).
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis of large datasets.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud‑based architectures, including AWS and C2S environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining applications in cloud computing environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in Linux‑based environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small engineering teams and work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and adaptability, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to solve mission challenges.
• Familiarity with modern software development tools, Dev Sec Ops  practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑native software products that transform large‑scale geospatial data into actionable intelligence and mission‑critical insights.
