Target salary range: $230,000 - $257,000

Seeking a Full-Stack Applications Developer to support the development and O&M of a variety of systems and initiatives focused on streamlining operations, automating processes, and aligning customer solutions to the overarching digital architecture.

• Develop software applications as web services written in Java (or other languages such as Node JS, Angular with Type Script, Springboot with Hibernate, Groovy on Grails, scripting languages) unless otherwise directed by Sponsor.
• Develop and maintain web services that interact with data stored in Postgres, MySQL, and other relational databases, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Develop, upgrade, and maintain APIs and search services with REST-like APIs to communicate with other software applications and databases as required by Sponsor.
• Utilize XML, JSON, or other Sponsor standards for data transfer and metadata management.
• Write SQL queries.
• Improve search and website usability and accessibility by leveraging enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration between different systems.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.
• Work with relational and MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing applications and legal mandates.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java and Python.
• Experience with Microservices.
• Experience with front‑end development using Angular.
• Familiarity with source code management and integration (e.g., Git Hub/Git Lab, Jenkins).
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph required day 1.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
