Sr. Mission Analysis Engineer

Vantor seeks a Sr. Mission Analysis Engineer for Aerospace Systems to design and optimize software-driven mission solutions. You will analyze aerospace system performance, model mission scenarios, and develop algorithms and tools that power data driven decisions. Working with cross functional teams, you'll translate mission needs into scalable cloud and web based solutions, integrate with simulation environments, and automate workflows. You'll mentor engineers, uphold engineering best practices, and contribute to architecture, testing, and deployment in an agile, client focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aerospace mission requirements and performance metrics
• Design and refine mission models, simulations, and trade studies
• Develop algorithms and tools for mission planning and analysis
• Integrate mission analysis outputs into cloud and web-based systems
• Collaborate with software, data, and product teams in agile delivery
• Automate workflows and reporting for mission analysis processes
• Support architecture, testing, and deployment of mission solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards
