Lead Software Engineer

Provide technical leadership and ownership of software products across the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment. Mentor junior engineers and utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate high-quality software delivery.

Requirements: Requires an active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of experience, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Java, C++, and cloud-native deployment within a DoD or telecommunications context is preferred.
