Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Our Herndon site is looking for a new Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

As the Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients by providing shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates.

• Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirements
• Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.
• Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
• Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by Quick
  
  STAT local management team
• Report to National Air Logistics Healthcare Manager
• Schedule:
  
  4 days (10 hour shifts) 9pm-6am (3 days during the week and Sunday night)

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment or logistics environment
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement.
