Flex Ride is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Fleet Associate to support daily fleet operations. This role is essential to ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers.

This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative
, shows up on time, and proactively identifies what needs to be done without waiting for direction.

• Move and position vehicles to designated locations for rentals, servicing, and transport
• Wash and clean vehicles as needed
• Fuel and/or charge vehicles to ensure readiness for rental or delivery
• Perform basic visual vehicle inspections
  , including tires, lights, mirrors, windshield condition, and fluid levels
• Identify and report any safety, maintenance, or cosmetic issues
• Review fleet and lot conditions at the start of each shift and take initiative on outstanding tasks
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain lot organization and overall fleet readiness
• Maintain accurate key organization and tracking
• Upload and document service and repair receipts as required
• Support general fleet and operational tasks as assigned

• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe operation
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least 2 years
• Satisfactory driving record
  , including:
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past 3 years
• Minimum of 6 months prior work experience
  , or currently enrolled full-time in college for at least 6 months
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Previous experience as a porter, driver, auto detailer, delivery driver, or car washer
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance or fleet operations
• English as primary language;
  Spanish speaking is a plus
