Position: Part-Time Front Office Assistant
Fort Herriman Middle School is seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Front Office Assistant to support our daily school operations and foster a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors, parents, and students with a warm, helpful attitude
- Manage student check-ins and check-outs accurately
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Monitor the main entry and maintain a clean, organized front office
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Solid organizational abilities and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous administrative or school office experience is a plus, but not required
Lane2 Step 1 ($18.88/Hour) As of July 1, 2026
