- Review and approve project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and change order logs; hold teams accountable to financial targets and GMP/contract commitments
- Ensure adherence to safety programs, quality control standards, and commissioning requirements across all assigned sites

- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and MEP trade partners to resolve high‑level technical and design conflicts
- Lead monthly/quarterly project reviews with executive leadership and clients
- Represent the company at critical milestone meetings, site walks, and client presentations
- Drive standardization of best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements across the data center project portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years specifically in data center or mission‑critical facility construction
- Prior experience overseeing multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously ($50M+ each preferred)

- Demonstrated ability to travel extensively (75–100%) and manage remote teams effectively
- Proven track record managing hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center clients
- Strong financial acumen — experience with GMP contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to fly/travel domestically on short notice
- PMP or DBIA certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience working with major hyperscale clients (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta) or their GC/CM partners
