Real Salt Lake is currently seeking Front Desk Attendants. These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service.

• Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy
• Provides excellent Customer Service by registering patrons for programs, answering questions, and answering complaints
• Operates the cash register
• Supervises the facility to ensure safety and compliance with Training Academy policies
• Secure building at the end of the evening
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1-2 years retail sales experience
• Capable of cash handling and POS operations daily and for special events
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedules
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others

• High school diploma

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions.
