QualificationsAll applicants must have a Professional Educator License awarded by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) or apply for an Associate Educator License (AEL) to be eligible to apply to Jordan School District and participate in our Alternate Pathway to Professional Educator Licensing (APPEL) Program when hired.
Proof of an AEL is required before you will be added to the candidate pool. Follow this link for information on how to apply for an AEL.
Proof of enrollment in a teacher certification program at a local university will also be accepted in lieu of an AEL.

Utah State Retirement
