Position: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Herriman, UT

B&T USA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for order fulfillment, product assembly, packaging, shipping and product receiving.

• Receive and Inspect Shipments. Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming goods against invoices and order reports.
• Prepare Outgoing Shipments:
  Box items, create shipping labels, and maintain detailed records of outgoing shipments.
• Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and Unload Deliveries:
  Use equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks to handle large shipments.
• Keep records of goods shipped and received, and prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
• Ensure timely and efficient transport of goods by coordinating with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain quality standards are met daily.
• Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred.
• Previous forklift and pallet jack experience a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.
• Work performed in a combination of warehouse and manufacturing machine shop environments.

FT – Hourly

Monday to Friday. May be required to work weekends and after-hours when needed to meet production demands.
