Director of Quality Control – Lehi, Utah

Join one of Utah’s fastest-growing companies, specializing in Off‑Site Manufactured Clean Rooms for Semiconductor Fabs and Data Centers! As our Director of Quality Control, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, integrity, and efficiency.

• Lead & Inspire:
  Oversee a growing Quality Control team, expected to expand from 3 to 6 by year‑end. You'll guide performance, foster a positive environment, and ensure accountability in alignment with our policies.
• Drive Excellence:
  Develop and implement a strategic quality control program to uphold the highest standards from raw materials to finished products. Your expertise in ISO Quality Certified environments will be invaluable in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate & Innovate:
  Work closely with management and production teams to establish robust quality standards and testing procedures. You'll be the linchpin for communication across departments, ensuring quality is never compromised.
• Monitor & Report:
  Regularly evaluate production processes, conduct random inspections, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Your keen eye for detail will ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Champion Quality:
  Utilize your leadership skills to mentor and train your team, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Scientific, or Construction (Master’s preferred).
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a quality engineering or leadership role.
• A strong background in off‑site manufacturing for structural steel clean rooms, specifically for semiconductor and data center environments.
