We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage all aspects of store performance. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales goals, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of store presentation. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing workforce aligned with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and health standards.
  • Supervise shift management activities, including cashiering, customer interactions, and operational tasks.
  • Manage payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and sales performance.
  • Maintain inventory control through stock management, stock replenishment, and shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Implement social media marketing strategy to attract customers and increase store traffic.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to evaluate store performance against targets.
  • Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and resolving escalated issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years proven management experience in food-service industry with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a talent-diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management.
  • Experience with POS systems, purchasing procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling.
  • Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and recruiting practices.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, stocking, and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; leadership qualities are essential for success in this role.
