  • Configure and maintain chart of accounts, departments, class, and approval routing within Net Suite and Brex to support accurate departmental reporting
Core Accounting Operations
  • Assist with end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries, accruals, prepaid amortization, and variance analysis

  • Oversee accounts payable and expense management workflows in Brex; enforce and refine expense policies across the organization

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, preparing audit support schedules and PBC packages
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Net Suite to provide real-time visibility into KPIs, budget vs. actuals, and financial trends
  • Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Manage Avalara sales tax system, reconcile sales tax payable balance sheet accounts, and ensure tax returns are filed in a timely manner.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Hands-on experience administering Brex (card management, policy configuration, GL sync) required

  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
