Fuel Station Team Supervisor

Fuel associates are focused on running the fuel station. They assist customers, accept payments, stock the shelves and maintain cleanliness of the fuel station. May require standing for long periods of time.

As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will support fuel station operations by ensuring compliance with all regulations and ensuring the shelves stay stocked with grab‑and‑go items for the road. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centered environment, taking initiative and working independently as required.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
