What you’ll doYou’ll help seniors and families downsize, pack, unpack, and resettle with care. Sort items for keep, donate, sell, or dispose, and photograph and list them for online estate sales. It’s hands‑on work in real homes—and every day is different.
What you’ll needReliable transportation and a smartphone. You should be able to lift about 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work in cluttered spaces. We’re looking for punctuality, reliability, and a caring heart. A background check is required.
What you’ll loveFlexible work that fits around life—perfect for retirees, stay‑at‑home moms, military spouses, and college students. Mostly Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays (no Sundays). Meaningful work that truly helps people, a supportive local team, and no two days the same.
