Backcountry is seeking a Seasonal Retail Gearhead (Sales Associate) to join our store team for the holiday season (November through February). You will help customers find the right outdoor gear and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product recommendations, processing sales, maintaining store organization, and staying informed about gear for skiing, snowboarding, biking, climbing, and more.
