Job Description
At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Lending Sales Manager manages the sales strategy and the teams responsible for developing business and retaining and servicing clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Oversees overall HIFi sales activity and ensures HIFi is meeting sales goals
- Partners with HIFi leadership in the development of national corporate marketing plans, advertising, and sales/business development initiatives related to meeting the company’s annual and long-term initiatives to drive revenue and sales
- Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to associates and customers
- Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Develops department's long-term, strategic objectives and oversees implementation
- Establishes goals and objectives for the division and evaluates and measures the division’s performance against these goals and objectives
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Twelve (12) years of consumer sales or related experience
- Management experience
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Ability to communicate well across various levels in an organization and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people with varying range of technical and process competencies
- Ability to lead the entire range of problem‑solving work from problem definition to analysis, recommendation, and the development of implementation plans
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail‑oriented, organized, self‑starter who can adapt quickly to different business needs
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Exceptional creativity, strong analytical skills, customer‑service orientation, and win/win approach to problem‑solving

Job Description
The National Sales Leader – Home Improvement Financing is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving growth, and executing strategies that expand market share and strengthen client relationships. This leader will develop high‑performing sales teams, leverage data and analytics to drive results, and lead the organization through change. The role requires strong home improvement sales experience and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with partners across credit, pricing, marketing, and operations to achieve business objectives.
