Job Description  All Pro Security, LLC is seeking Armed Security Officers who are ready to start as soon as possible!

Schedule:

Full-time. We're looking for graveyard coverage Sunday-Wednesday.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting roving foot patrols.
Writing daily incident and activity reports.
Using verbal de-escalation tactics effectively.
Escorting transients off the property as needed.
Observing and reporting any suspicious or unusual activity.
Keeping non-authorized persons from entering the building
Requirements:
Must have a valid DPSST Armed License.
Must possess a valid concealed carry permit.
Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Motivation, flexibility, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation:
Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience), with opportunities for raises over time. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
