Repair Technician

This position involves performing a variety of tasks related to the service and repair of infusion pumps, including troubleshooting, refurbishment, complaint investigations, and root cause analysis down to the component level. The role requires a strong understanding of technical service processes and the ability to document repairs accurately in systems like Oracle. In addition to hands-on repair work, the technician may be responsible for training new employees, supporting engineering studies, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality system procedures.

The ideal candidate will work effectively in a team environment, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally assist with on-site customer repairs.
