We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at our Herriman, Utah facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as welding and fabrication tasks.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the 5 S program across the plant.
• Work with area Team Leaders to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement in processes, safety, and maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience or training in troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic. Experience with welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and electronics is highly desired.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing role, with a solid understanding of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work lity to pass forklift certification (post-hire).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions.
• Must have a valid Utah driver’s license.

Education & Certification

• Relevant technical certifications or documented training in maintenance functions.
• Proven experience with computers and solid work history.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
