Residential & Commercial Painter

Element Coatings is looking for another person to join our painting crew.

We’re a growing local painting company working throughout Salt Lake County, Utah County, and surrounding areas. Our projects range from residential repaints and custom homes to commercial and industrial coating projects.

We also do a lot of work that goes beyond standard painting—including custom plasters, limewash, decorative finishes, floor coatings, spraying, and specialized industrial coating systems. These are skills we can teach you, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn more of the trade and take on more advanced work as you grow with us.

Experience is great, but it isn’t required. We’re willing to train the right person. We care more about finding someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention, and wants to get better at the trade.

If you already have painting experience, we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently without needing constant supervision and takes pride in producing clean, professional work.

• Full-time work
• $20–$32/hr depending on experience and ability

We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone dependable who wants to work, learn new skills, and become a valuable part of the crew.

• Prep, mask, paint, and clean up job sites
• Brush, roll, and spray coatings as needed
• Assist with residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects
• Learn and apply specialty plasters, finishes, and coating systems
• Safely use ladders, lifts, sprayers, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Follow direction and work well with the crew
