Job Description

Are you an IT Developer with experience working with Service Now? Maverik/Kum Go’s IT team is hiring a Service Now Developer to join the organization! The ideal candidate has experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the Service Now platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, Sec Ops).

What you’ll do
  • Research capabilities of the Service Now platform, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to meet business requirements
  • Manage production and non-production instances, patching, and updates
  • Estimate development effort for requirements
  • Configure the Service Now system, including creating workflows, custom portal widgets, and form modals
  • Assist in establishing coding standards to help with consistency
What we’re looking for
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SAML and relevant IT architecture experience
  • Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, CSS, and relational databases such as MS SQL Server
  • Experience with MID server, web services (REST), and other relevant technology
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Desire to learn and grow
Other key requirements
  • Experience developing and operating Service Now with an understanding of best practices
  • Relocation to Des Moines, IA or Salt Lake City, UT area required
