CDL Driver - Class A or B; End Dumps and Super Dumps

Looking for a local dump truck driver with a strong work ethic to join our small family oriented company hauling various materials and aggregates along the Wasatch front and surrounding areas. Home nightly with great benefits and working environment.

• Transport goods and construction materials over land to and from pits or job sites
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and notify dispatch of any mechanical issues
• Plan routes and be safe
• Document and log loading and unloading times and weights as well as notate any delays or changes to workday and retain fuel receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Safely maneuver trucks into loading & unloading positions at pits or job sites
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations

• Proven work experience as a truck driver
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, CB, etc.)
• Ability to drive long hours
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
• Valid Class A-B CDL for a Minimum of 2 years

• Pay Range: $25- $30 /hour DOE
