Covenant Transport, Inc. offers a company-reimbursed training program through the Driver Resource Center for inexperienced drivers who want to earn a CDL-A. First-year drivers can potentially earn $70,000–$100,000 with no prior experience required.
Housing, travel and full tuition reimbursement are provided, along with health, dental, vision & life insurance and a 401k plan. New CDL-A drivers are placed on preferred accounts; no touch freight and automatic transmission trucks are used.
