Position Summary
Responsible for evaluating, establishing, and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licenses and CertificationsIllinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible for licensure;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Technical experience: N/A. Must be able to provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation and supervise assistant personnel, rehabilitation technicians, and students.
Responsibilities- Performs thorough evaluation of patients.
- Develops appropriate plan of care.
- Implements plan of care.
- Ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students.
Commensurate with experience: $38.78 - $60.11 per hour.
