• Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Step Down ICU – NIHSS, BLS, ACLS

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education and instructions.
• Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Manage conflict and contribute to a healthy workplace using professional communication.
• Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS Card.
• General certifications: BLS/BCLS.
• Experience in prosthetic or orthopedics nursing preferred.
