Speech Language Pathologist
Responsible for the care of rehabilitation patients with speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, hearing disorders and/or cognitive disorders.
Education:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Licenses and Certification:
Illinois license Speech Language Pathology or eligible, BLS

- Performs thorough evaluation
- Develops and implements appropriate Plan of Care
- Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students
Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $38.02 - $58.93
