Position Summary
- Responsible for evaluating, establishing and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible
- BLS
- Technical
Experience:
N/A
- Performs thorough evaluation
- Develops appropriate Plan of Care
- Implements Plan of Care
- Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students
Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $50.17 To $79.02
