Pay Rate:
Up to $61/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Med Surg Rehab
* stroke certified definitely would be a plus but not a requirement*

Shifts: 12hr, 19:00-07:00

Provides direct care to patients in a general medical‑surgical setting. Manages a variety of medical conditions, assists with post‑operative recovery, performs assessments, administers medications, and ensures patient comfort and well‑being.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, wound care, and pain management.
• Administer medications and treatments, observing for reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures as needed.

• RN license in state of assignment. Minimum 2-year(s) exp.
• BLS, NIHSS and ACLS required
• Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.
• Experienced and proficient caring for brain injury, limb loss and spinal cord injury preferred
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
• Hospital settings (Med‑Surg units, post‑op recovery, step‑down).
• Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
