Join our healthcare partner in Herrin, IL, where you'll be part of an inpatient rehab team dedicated to delivering high-quality care. This role involves working night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, with every third weekend required. You'll have the opportunity to work with a high neuro population, making stroke certification a valuable asset, though not mandatory.

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties
• Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
• Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
• Participate in continuing education to enhance your skills
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Need 1 year experience in setting
