As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional post-anesthesia care to patients. Your ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will be essential to ensuring the best outcomes for our patients. You will be expected to:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans
• Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care
• Float to sister facilities as needed
• Fulfill on-call requirements every 3-4 days
• IL STATE RN LICENSE
• BLS OR CPR
• ACLS/ACLS-PALS
• 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
