Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

As a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgery. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

• Assessing and evaluating patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and progress
• Collaborating with therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educating patients and their families on post-treatment care and rehabilitation exercises
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhering to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
• Willingness to travel to different healthcare facilities as needed
